The new edition has cleaner rules and reads better and makes more sense and MOST IMPORTANTLY everything aligns pretty nicely.

Instead of a boring fail state, the complications are now the default. The suspicion cap is better balanced. Violence rule is further reduced.  Crime-web tools are much more accessible and sensible.
